Bayern Munich dropped points against Augsburg on Saturday after conceding the quickest goal ever recorded in Bundesliga history. Augsburg found the net just eight seconds into the match, with goalkeeper Manuel Neuer directly at fault on the opening strike.

Harry Kane contributed two key assists but Bayern could not convert enough chances to avoid dropping points, ending level against a side they have historically struggled against. Club director Max Eberl defended his player targeting midfielder Joshua Kimmich, calling the attacks on Kimmich overblown.
